Networking is about making connections and building enduring, mutually beneficial relationships.  We are constantly bombarded by advertisements, emails and other marketing tools, but most business is done on a trust basis.

Through years of professional networking within the real estate industry, and community service through local and national non-profit organizations, school and neighborhood groups, I have earned a high level of trust from people with whom I share information. Your property receives my ongoing one-on-one endorsement through my networking opportunities.

3. Networking Within Realtor Alliance

I am one of the founders of this strong networking organization, which provides face-to-face opportunities to share information about new real estate trends with member agents representing many firms and areas, to maximize showings, to discuss buyer and seller needs, and to increase our ability to find a match between buyers and sellers.

4. Networking With Other Realtor Organizations

The MetroTex Association of Realtors is the largest Realtor association in North Texas and sixth largest real estate association in the nation, serving over 25,000 professionals involved in all aspects of real estate who have many opportunities to interrelate….at Realtor events, participation in MetroTex-sponsored Realtor organizations, clubs and committees, and attendance in ongoing Realtor education classes and business seminars. Our main focus is always, of course, our clients.

5. Networking Within My Community

As a Dallas homeowner for many years, I have strong ties to the communities in which I have lived, including Park Cities, Lake Highlands, and Preston Hollow.  I have been active within my neighborhood for many years…serving on the Board of Directors for our neighborhood association, and I also enjoyed serving for many years as Precinct Chairman for our neighborhood.
